Simone Eman

Lawyer

Simone has been working in the legal profession since 2018. Since then, she has specialized in insurance and liability law, with a particular focus on professional liability. On behalf of insurers, she assists, among others, lawyers, insurance intermediaries, mortgage advisors, accountants, and technical professionals in both civil and disciplinary proceedings. She advises and litigates across the broad field of insurance and liability law.
 
Simone studied Law at the University of Amsterdam, where she obtained her bachelor's degree cum laude in 2017. During her bachelor's, she participated in the honours program and studied for a semester at the University of Cape Town in South Africa. In 2018, she completed her master's in Private Law Practice.
 
In 2026, Simone made the switch to V&A advocaten.
